    On a recent hot, 110-degree day, I had the unfortunate experience of having a dead battery. And after a friend's change, I arrived at the Shell Station in at 300 n. Indian Canyon Dr. The service manager, Glenn Martin, was courteous and understanding, even advising me the best deal was with a AAA tire installation and after calling AAA ( my cell was dead) on his office phone' allowing me to wait in an air-conditioned room for their arrival. Soon, Travis with Mohica Towing came; He was courteous, patient, good humored and professional.

    In my line of business I occasionally have to use a tow company. Today the 1970 MG I was driving died and I had to call a tow company. Thankfully the only tow company we will ever use is Mohica! Punctual, efficient, courteous, I could go on! Tonight the driver was John, who clearly has many years of experience! He even wrapped his winch harness with material to prevent it from scratching the underside of my car! Absolutely outstanding service!

He was thoughtful, answered all my questions and was just OVER THE TOP COOL!!! I recently moved here from Northern Calif. & assumed only small town businesses had reps that took their time and were friendly, etc. I was wrong. Travis was fabulous!!!
